Winter is the seasonal cycles almost everywhere in the world. Some regions benefited with this change of nature, some suffers a lot. Bangladesh is a country with the condition of neither cold nor hot weather. Nevertheless, from November till the mid of February, some of the Northern and Southern parts of Bangladesh encountered with severe outburst of winter. Districts mentionable; Dinajpur, Nilphamari, Panchagarh, Rangpur, Thakurgaw, Jessore and Shatkhira affects by unbearable cold less than 8-6° Celsius. Daily labor workers suffer most, because of their obligation of hand to mouth. The socio- economic condition of these areas is too vulnerable to afford enough clothing and food during winter outburst. It would have been helpful to them, especially old and children if they had been provided with warm clothing and dry food by considering the cold and socio-economic condition. VHANI foundation introduces a planning through a project in those areas to help the people get necessity clothes and food.

Winter is a time when Allah ﷻ increases our trials and tribulations. As the cold strikes and many struggle to stay warm and fed, life becomes increasingly difficult for the poor, the homeless, and those living in conflict zones.
