If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you are advised not to use the inconsistent part of the rt of the terms and conditions in relation to the necessity and applicability of requirement.The Foundation, through its “Application” ‘‘official website’’, provides information and method to you for establishing contact Independent Third Parties for availing and improving the opportunity of the great work in various ways to stand by unprivileged or deprived people of the society in different part of the world.

- GENERAL POLICY OF THE FOUNDATION
The general policy or user guidance or opportunity and scope of the great work of the Vhani Foundation is as follows:
- Vhani Foundation is a complete charitable organization registered in the United Kingdom (UK) and keeps operation in different corner part of the UK along with many more countries Asia, Africa e.g. Bangladesh, India etc.;
- Vhani Foundation has been working for helpless people since 2014 with great effort and motive;
- The purpose of the Foundation is to stand by deprived people from various parts of the world specially in Asia, Africa for example Bangladesh and India;
- The Organization primarily collects money or anything valuable from the people of great heart and distribute to deprived people of vulnerable society;
- The organization may collect any amount and anything valued and distribute this either directly or by creating re-value for example setting up charity shop, organising charity show, arranging volunteers for charity purposes in different crisis moments;
- The Organization highly encourage to donate here sending support to the right person in crisis whether natural or man-made which may fall people in very critical situation indeed;
- The Organization also create an option for registered donor who can support by registering his identity as regular basis and will be highly appreciated in terms of volume of such contribution;
- The Organization may follow innovative strategy to create re-value the donation particulars;
- The Foundation will spread its hand to various deprived people of the vulnerable society irrespective of the race, religion, cast, sex, culture or anything prohibited by the UN Convention;
- The Foundation must not consider any geographical zone, religious community or other discriminated identity in terms of donation in crisis;
- The Foundation shall keep open the door to receive donation from any people irrespective of any race, cast, religion or any geographical community, which means any person, any company, institution, organization or any legal entity can donate at any time either frequently or regular basis;
- The Organization shall maintain yearly statement of receiving and distributing of total donation whether money or anything valued for the purpose of yearly transaction transparency to all donors;
- The Organization may, initially be exempted for tax liability in relation to the regulatory compliance but subject to the review as of yearly basis maintained by the Government authority;
- The Organization shall have right to review the terms and conditions along with privacy policy from time to time;
- All rights reserved by the Organization at any situation.
- OPERATION POLICY
They feed the hungry, treat the sick and educate the child. It’s for this reason Vhani Foundation runs a 100% donations policy.
A 100% donations policydenotes thatyour every single penny donated is used strictly for charitable efforts. Donations go into a ‘charity-only’ bank account from which nothing is removed for fundraising or administration costs. Whether £1 or £100 therefore, every little helps!
Like any organization Vhani Foundation has administration costs and overheads to meet. Funds to adjust full-time staff, pay utility bills and rents, cover accounting and legal costs, and fundraise, are all needed to help the charity function.
- What ways Vhani Foundation do followthen cover its administration costs while adhering to a 100% donations policy?
The charity runs a separate ‘administration-only’ bank account. This account has its own sources of funding as detailed below
£1.8+ MILLION BACK INTO CHARITY! Vhani Foundationcontinues to transfer administration funds back into charity. Alhamdulillah, in the past year, an extra £370,000 has been transferred into the charity account, ensuring that even more of our brothers and sisters have been helped.
- Refund Policy
Vhani Foundation states the Refund Policy as follows:
- Policy Statement: Vhani Foundation (hereinafter referred to as “The Charity”) work hard to ensure that donors making a contribution towards the work that we do; have an easy and straight forward experience. However, we recognise that there may be circumstances in which mistakes may be made.
1.1. Statutory Provisions
1.1.1. As a registered Charity, we are subject to regulation by the Charities Commission for England and Wales under The Charities Act 2011.
1.1.2. We also adhere to the Fundraising Code and standards as laid out by the Fundraising Regulator.
1.1.3. Other legislation may apply to the refunding of any donation, relating to Financial Fraud and Money Laundering: this is not an exhaustive list and staff and trustees may need to take specialist advice.
1.1.4. As a rule, Charities are not permitted to refund any donations. However, there may be exceptional circumstances.
1.1.5. The Code of Fundraising Practice (Fundraising Regulator) refers to guidance issued by the Institute of Fundraising.

Provides that:
Returning Donations,Fundraising in organizations which are charities MUST* not return donations unless certain criteria are fulfilled. For all other fundraising organizations, donations MUST only be refunded in line with any policies or in exceptional circumstances. It may not be lawful to return a donation and fundraisers MUST take advice from legal advisers or the Charity Commission / OSCR before doing so.
- Procedure
- Any request for a refund should be made in writing to the Director who will assign a Manager to begin an investigation. The investigation will look into the circumstances of the request Vhani Foundation POL DR V1.0 Charity Registration No: 0000 including personal details of the donor, the intended purpose of the donation (if applicable), the method of donor payment and the reasons for the refund. Advice will be sought from the Charity Commission to inform a final report made from the Director to the trustees to make a decision under advice from the Charity Commission or other agencies as appropriate.
- Details for donors requesting a refund will be made available on the Vhani Foundation’s website with the following wording:
- Charities are not permitted to refund donations by law, except under very exceptional circumstances.

- We are committed to providing our donors with the highest standards of legal compliance and we treat all requests for refunds with the utmost importance. We will need ask you a series of questions in order to determine the reasons for your request.
- We undertake to process any request as quickly as possible. However, we recognize that this process may require advice from external agencies and response times may not be within our control and will advise you of progress as appropriate.
- Participation in the Services.
- THE SERVICES OF THE VHANI FOUNDATION ARE NOT A FORM OF PROFITABLE AND MAY NOT BE USED FOR ANY FORM OF PROFIT PURPOSESS.
- In your use of the Services, you agree to act responsibly in a manner demonstrating the exercise of good judgment. For example and without limitation, you agree not to (a) use the Services for any purpose in violation of local, state, national, or international laws, (b) insert your own or a third party’s advertising, branding, or other promotional content into any of the Content or use, redistribute, republish, or exploit the Content for any further commercial or promotional purposes, (c) infringe or violate the rights of any third party, including without limitation, intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights, (d) engage in spidering, “screen scraping,” “database scraping,” harvesting of e-mail addresses, wireless addresses, or other contact or personal information, or any other automatic means of obtaining lists of users or other information from or through the Services, including without limitation any information residing on any server or database connected to the Services, (e) interfere with, interrupt, damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services or the Content, including, without limitation, through the use of viruses, cancel bots, Trojan horses, harmful code, flood pings, denial of service attacks, packet or IP spoofing, forged routing, or electronic mail address information or similar methods or technology, (f) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other computer systems through the Services, or (g) assist any third party in doing any of the foregoing.
- You further agree that you shall not attempt (or encourage or support anyone else’s attempt) to circumvent, reverse engineer, decrypt, or otherwise alter or interfere with the Services, or any Content thereof, or make any unauthorized use thereof. You agree that you shall not use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Services. You shall not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made publicly available or provided for through the Services.
- These Terms and Conditions shall also apply to the use of the Vhani Foundation’s virtual Apps e.g. Mobile Application etc. and are intended to be in addition to the End User License Agreement for the Mobile Application found on the Apple or Android Store, as applicable, and to the extent any of these Terms and Conditions conflict with such End User License Agreement, these Terms and Conditions shall supersede the conflicting provision in the End User License Agreement.
- You are entitled to cancel your participation in the Services at any time. For administrative efficiency, the Foundation will make any changes in participation status at the end of each month.
- The Foundation reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the Services at any time for any reason.
- RESTRICTED use
You must be restricted to use this website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity. You are strictly restricted to use this website to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish or distribute any material which consists of (or is linked to) any spyware, computer virus, Trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, rootkit or other malicious computer software. - was at the time of receipt already in your possession;
- is, or becomes in the future, public knowledge;
- was received from a third-party having the right to disclose it; or

- No warranties
